On the 8th November 2006 Chris Koper the master sailor, yacht designer and photographer extraordinaire, passed away in Ontario Canada. For the last two years, Chris had suffered with ALS (a form of motor neuron disease) which, since the middle of 2005 had advanced rapidly.

July 3-4, 2006: 3 Sonatinas and 2 Chickadees raced at the LSSA Regatta, Ashbridges Bay Yacht Club in their own fleet. The Sonatinas showed a clean pair of heels to the 420. All skippers and crew had a great time. The designs excelled in the light air conditions.
